About ECA&A
Empire City Assets & Acquisitions was created to organize manage and promote individuals, industries and for-profit companies that align with the ideals of Empire City Communications. While keeping a focused eye on profit, it also has an interest in optimizing green technology, diversity, and economic/social justice. Born out of the scattered interests and actions of the past, new demands and opportunities of the post-pandemic future press all of us to reset, reprogram and redirect our energies. ECA&A was formed from that mandate.

Darrell B. Perry has spent decades in the media, image & content creation spaces. Having worked at Fortune 500 companies and developing new paradigms, he started his own companies to respond to the growing and changing environments both real and virtual. Along with foundation & empire, his philanthropic organization, he hopes to support positive change in a challenging and complicated world.
